The entire building was purchsed at the corner of Westbourne Street and Hampstead Road for this project, mainly for its amazing 180 degree views of the Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs. Originally built for the America Navy the building housed 8 small flats. This was transformed into 4 x 2 bedroom three storey apartments, all individually designed to suit the developers needs.
